    No. fonoly handles the 70% of everyday encounters where a human interpreter isn’t available, isn’t fast enough, or is overkill. For complex legal or psychiatric work, use a human.
  • What happens to our recorded data?
    Encrypted at rest in EU storage. Configurable retention (1, 7, or 30 days). Full audit log of every access. See the security page for details.
  • How long does setup take?
    Under 10 minutes from signup to first translation. The product is designed to be picked up and used during a real encounter, not after a week of training.
  • Do we need to train staff?
